Product Support Specialist

Experis is seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their applications are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn application functionality, with a focus on vendor applications
Understand system flows and dependencies
Learn file feeds that need to be monitored and alerted
Maintain support documentation
Document the incident engagement process
Handle Remedy incident and problem tickets
Run incident triage calls
Cross-train teammates
Support other Cards applications
On-Call Rotation
ITIL Process, Vendor hosted applications, file transmission knowledge, Intermediate Windows and Linux navigation skills, excellent verbal and written communications. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Mobile App Savvy (IOS and Android)
