Business Development Representative

At Cintas, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Route Service Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division.
About the RoleThis is a sales-focused position that requires a strong ability to build rapport with key decision-makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. You will be responsible for delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items to our existing customer base.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division
- Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items
- Build rapport with key decision-makers and ensure quality standards
- Proactively solve customer concerns and resolve issues
- Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have an active driver's license and be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to your first day of employment
- Provide documentation regarding your previous employment
- Meet the physical requirements of the position
- Hold a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
- Show self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
