POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Line Chef is accountable for upholding exceptional guest service standards and providing assistance across various kitchen operations as required.

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are consistently maintained Supervise the production activities of kitchen staff Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams Collaborate with the Head Chef regarding the operational needs of the kitchen Prepare culinary items to meet established standards Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and products Uphold a high level of professionalism at all times Possess knowledge of kitchen layouts and storage protocols Conduct cleaning and restocking as necessary Execute all tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner Adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization Embody our core values, which include family-style service, mission, and vision Promote our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion Perform other job-related duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Tasks may be performed in confined spaces with limited access Work conditions may vary in terms of noise levels, temperature, lighting, air quality, and physical space Duties may involve working independently or collaboratively, with verbal and face-to-face interactions Shifts may include extended hours and varying schedules Involves the use of chemicals, electrical, mechanical, and computer equipment Requires navigating multiple flights of stairs to access the work area Physical activity includes standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting Frequent use of hands and normal hand-eye coordination is essential Requires a normal sense of smell, taste, touch, and hearing Ability to perform basic tasks including reading, writing, and arithmetic Must be able to work with precision, follow instructions, and make independent decisionsGUEST SERVICE STANDARDS: Employees are expected to uphold our core values and service standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
