About the Role

The Product Lifecycle Team is seeking a skilled Release Manager to oversee the coordination of work across various phases of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This role will ensure that products are efficiently and effectively navigated through the framework, resulting in successful releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and documentation of key deliverables, including Business Cases, Delivery Plans, and Commitment Targets.
  • Communicate and report on the status of items within the PDLC to the Product Lifecycle team and other stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-divisional teams to set an operating model and delivery plan for approved products.
  • Schedule and manage regular Build & Commercialize status meetings to ensure timely delivery of products to market.
  • Ensure products are ready for assessment at various gates within the PDLC framework.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Project Management or Release Coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-divisional projects or complex interdivisional projects.
  • Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • General understanding of software release management and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira and/or ServiceNow.
  • Reporting and creation of status reports.
  • Experience with defining and communicating product strategy.
  • PMP Certificate.
  • Experience with launching and commercializing B2B software.
