**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Human Resources Coordinator** to assist our HR teams across various locations. The ideal candidate will thrive both independently and in collaboration with field teams, ensuring support for all BlueTriton employees. This role is perfect for an HR professional eager to grow personally and professionally within diverse aspects of HR operations and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Facilitate and enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring accuracy and a positive journey for new hires.
  2. Assist with compliance reporting as required.
  3. Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to manage field-based leave requests and maintain communication with employees.
  4. Support I-9 processing and validation to ensure compliance, including remote needs and unemployment inquiries.
  5. Aid in employee off-boarding processes, ensuring adherence to state-specific requirements.
  6. Gather and organize headcount data for the national staffing dashboard.
  7. Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, particularly related to onboarding and employee experience.
  8. Carry out additional HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  9. Support the field HRBP team in tracking and reporting compliance metrics.

**Qualifications**

**Essential Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in administrative support or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and the ability to devise innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on team collaboration.

**Compensation**

The starting pay rate for this position is $31.94 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus of 5%. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
