Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Associate Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of relevant experience, a strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Delivery Team in the successful delivery of implementation projects.
  • Work closely with internal NEXGEN teams and client teams to plan, configure, and deliver the NEXGEN application according to client workflows.
  • Learn to maintain project plans, communicate with clients, and ensure project deadlines are kept on schedule.
  • Assist in reviewing clients' existing databases and determine the relevant data to be migrated in NEXGEN Asset Management's software.
  • Test and validate final system setup prior to product handoff to client.
  • Participate in end-user training and support during implementation and Go-Live process.
  • Must be able and willing to travel. Possible travel requirements up to 10%.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 13 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical skills, ability to learn and understand new technologies and software
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
  • Highly organized
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possesses knowledge of municipal utilities and/or public works
  • Background in project management
  • Experience with CMMS software
Compensation

Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
