Join True North Consulting as a Global Sales Incentive Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and oversight of sales incentive initiatives on a worldwide scale for a reputable manufacturer and supplier of paints and coatings with a century-long legacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and oversee incentive strategies that align with the objectives of various business units.

• Collaborate with essential stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to grasp business needs and ensure that incentive structures bolster strategic goals.

• Leverage data analytics and financial modeling to evaluate the performance of current incentive programs and provide data-informed suggestions for enhancements.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in sales incentive compensation.
• Facilitate effective communication of incentive plans in partnership with HR Business Partners and HR Communications.
• Identify opportunities to transition transactional functions to a service center.
• Ensure compliance of incentive plans with relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish and track KPIs to assess the success of incentive programs.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams on the rollout and execution of incentive plans.
• Work with IT to improve systems for recording sales incentive-related data.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and management of sales incentive programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling expertise.
• Proven communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
