Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
* Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
* Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must be comfortable working around blood and needles, as well as mixing acid or bicarb
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
