Position Overview:
This full-time role involves working various shifts, including 7A - 7P, 7P - 7A, and 11P - 7A. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by assisting them with their daily activities and personal care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Assistant, your duties will include:
  • Providing comprehensive support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.
  • Assisting with mobility and repositioning of residents as needed.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Current certification to practice in Georgia.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A genuine desire to work with the elderly population.
  • Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
