Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Spire Orthopedic Partners. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our endoscopy procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Endoscopy Procedures: Collaborate with our clinical team to prepare patients for endoscopy procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Provide Patient Care: Assist patients with changing into gowns, applying EKG leads, and monitoring vital signs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clean and disinfect equipment, rooms, and surfaces, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Support Clinical Team: Assist with preparing patients for procedures, transporting patients to and from procedure rooms, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Order and Maintain Supplies: Order and stock endoscopy supplies, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as an endoscopy technician or in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
