  • Plan, schedule, and document work progress, including materials utilized.
  • Procure necessary supplies and equipment for ongoing projects.
  • Report on workforce performance, project costs, and safety compliance.
  • Direct the operation of machinery and materials on-site.
  • Ensure all construction adheres to safety codes and project specifications.
  • Inspect work progress and equipment to maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate tasks efficiently while prioritizing safety.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.
  • Foster positive relationships with field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Analyze and strategize the installation and construction of solar equipment.
  • Engage in discussions regarding blueprints and plans with contractors.
  • Assist in resolving any union-related grievances.
  • Operate various equipment including backhoes, drills, and skid steers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Laborer Journeyman card and have completed an apprenticeship program.
  • Ability to lift and/or pull up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
  • Capable of maintaining a standing position for extended periods and performing physical tasks while equipped with a tool belt.
  • Adaptable to various weather conditions while on the job.

  • Comply with all OSHA regulations and Swinerton's safety protocols.
  • Support all activities at Swinerton job sites as directed.
