Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman to manage crew members and oversee the completion of utility construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage crew members to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Operate equipment and perform production activities as necessary to complete installation of utilities.
  • Complete daily reports accurately and timely, including crew time cards, production, and redlines.
  • Identify and report any changes in scope to the Project Supervisor or Project Manager.
  • Monitor productivity and propose corrective action to meet budgets established by the bid.
  • Supervise assigned projects consistent with a zero-incident safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License.
  • Able to read blueprints and accurately interpret job specifications and orders.
  • Experience in the underground utilities construction industry.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Pay Scale: $25-$50 per hour.
