Job Overview

Nimble Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Director, Accounts Receivable to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function, driving results, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims and payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, reduce days in accounts receivable, and increase cash flow.
  • Lead a team of accounts receivable professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting revenue cycle performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven success in leading process improvement initiatives and project management.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Liability, and Worker's Compensation requirements and procedures.
  • Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies.

Location

This is an in-office position in Chesterfield, with occasional travel to company offices and industry events.
