Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management
  • Participate in month-end close activities and bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Contribute to budget/forecasting preparation and monitoring
  • Reconcile bank statements and balance the ledger for regular reports
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, formatting, and electronic filing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • 1-2 years' experience in the accounting field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
