Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage departmental activities in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships with healthcare leaders and administrative staff to enhance patient care delivery.
- Provide administrative and functional oversight to nursing leaders and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with current nursing licensure requirements and maintain a strong nursing workforce.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, including data extraction and analysis.
- Leverage previous supervisory experience to mentor and guide nursing staff.
