Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our finance team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable department, ensuring the efficient management of all incoming payments and resolution of customer account issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, addressing and resolving any payment-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and collection activities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
