Position Overview:
As a Corporate Housing Account Executive at National Corporate Housing, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our business-to-business leasing operations. This position requires a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of leasing furnished corporate apartments while ensuring exceptional client service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and growing your designated market to strategically increase unit availability.
- Enhancing profitability through effective pricing strategies, lease term negotiations, and unit expansion.
- Proactively generating new business opportunities through relationship management, local marketing initiatives, and sales efforts to surpass market objectives.
- Providing prompt and accurate responses to high-volume, time-sensitive inquiries, ensuring clients receive top-notch service and securing leads.
- Acting as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and all lease agreement matters.
- Demonstrating strong sales acumen, presentation skills, and communication abilities to effectively promote our offerings.
- Striving to achieve or exceed guest satisfaction metrics, with a history of high performance in this area.
- Building and nurturing robust partnerships with local external sales teams.

- Ability to effectively market and sell existing inventory to maximize occupancy rates.
- Quick response time to incoming leads to enhance conversion chances.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
