Position Overview

As a Senior Paralegal at CoBank, your primary responsibility will be to execute a variety of legal, title, abstract, and research activities that assist attorneys and supervisors in corporate and transactional legal affairs. You will play a crucial role in drafting and evaluating intricate legal documents, perfecting collateral, conducting UCC lien searches, and managing title commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of organizational documents
  • Perform legal research and maintain comprehensive legal files and databases
  • Support general corporate functions and contribute to special projects as required

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification are preferred
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, commercial lending, real estate law, and collateral documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary Range: $75,037-$91,920
  • Short Term Incentive Bonus: 10%
