Job Title: Human Factors Design Engineer II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Design Engineer II to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a key member of our design team, you will apply human-centered principles, methodologies, and technologies to design human-machine systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research methodologies and analysis plans to test and evaluate new concepts and developmental prototypes.
  • Design and execute tests to simulate product use, investigating user needs, exploring concepts, and identifying usability risks.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to establish system design, operating, and training requirements, ensuring optimized human-machine interfaces and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Factors in a regulated industry.
  • Study Execution and Moderation Experience.
  • Usability Risk Analysis.
