Job Description:

At Grove Technical Resources, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Human Factors Design Engineer II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Factors in a regulated industry, with a strong background in study execution and moderation, usability risk analysis, and human-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Apply human-centered principles, methodologies, and technologies to design human-machine systems and products.
  2. Develop and implement research methodologies and analysis plans to test and evaluate new concepts and developmental prototypes.
  3. Design and execute tests to simulate product use, investigating user needs, concept exploration, requirements development, and usability validation.
  4. Identify and analyze technological problems or risks, performing theoretical human factors investigations and developing research plans to inform design direction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Factors in a regulated industry.
  • Study execution and moderation experience.
  • Usability risk analysis expertise.
