Clinical Simulation Specialist

This role involves participating in assessment activities as a health care provider, where you will complete evaluations of trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Job Type
This is a temporary or on-call position, allowing for flexible scheduling. You may work two nine-month terms with a break in service in between, after which you may transition to an on-call status.
Key Responsibilities
As a health care provider in a simulated environment, you will:
- Actively engage in portraying clinical scenarios that reflect real-life situations encountered by learners.
- Deliver accurate and consistent instruction and feedback to health care professional students.
- Participate in both individual and group training sessions to prepare for case portrayals.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with learners, faculty, and peers.
- Utilize technology effectively for communication and training purposes.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Specialized training as a health care provider.
- Basic computer skills.
Work Environment
This position is designated as remote-friendly, allowing for some duties to be performed remotely as agreed upon.
