Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in commercial construction management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, including BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Environment

Yates performs heavy construction and building work throughout the United States, with occasional relocation required for continuous employment opportunities.
