About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Creative Alignments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to field sales, working closely with contractors and key engineering accounts, and developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to field sales teams, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely support.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including engineers, architects, contractors, and builders.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver professional product presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Specification Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product specifications, ensuring that our products meet customer needs.
  • Market Growth: Identify opportunities to increase demand for our products, working with customers to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure that our products meet local and state code requirements, working with code officials to obtain acceptance.
  • Travel: Travel up to 40% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: 5-7 years of industry-related sales experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $97,000.00 to $132,000.00 annually, based on specific compensable factors.
  • Bonus or Commission: Eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program.
