The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is in search of a RN Manager of Quality Review who possesses a comprehensive understanding of current regulations pertaining to Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA) and/or Hospice services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the regulatory compliance of our Community Health Services Program.
Our organization includes a Certified Home Health Agency and a Comprehensive Community Hospice program, providing tailored care that prioritizes patient comfort, enhances quality of life, and upholds the dignity of those we serve. Your responsibilities will include overseeing our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives to ensure these objectives are met.
This position represents an exceptional opportunity for a licensed nursing professional with expertise in CHHA and/or Hospice regulations. You will provide both clinical and administrative leadership for the quality program, offer educational support, identify areas for performance enhancement, and drive the program towards improved clinical outcomes while maintaining our high standards of care.

Qualifications
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) or Hospice setting.
- Supervisory, Quality Assurance, or Educational experience is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications, including EMR systems, report generation, and Excel.
- Reliable transportation for conducting home visits as necessary.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
