About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a highly skilled Senior BPM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our WI Operations Modernization Chapter, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated Business Process Models that automate, digitize, and modernize end-to-end business processes in Fidelity's operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Business Process Models using Camunda BPM
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand workflow needs and transform requirements into automated business processes
  • Facilitate process design sessions and analyze business processes to document current and future states
  • Develop UIs using form.io to represent user tasks in a workflow, connectors, APIs, and other software modules to support BPM models
  • Deliver optimized operational environments for key functions in Fidelity's Workplace Investing Business Unit
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy
  • Hands-on experience in building web services, RESTful APIs, and Spring
  • Solid grasp of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principles
  • 3-5 years of proven JavaScript and building user interfaces
  • Knowledge or exposure to implementing BPM solutions using Camunda
  • Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Design leads to implement robust automation solutions
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology
