VOLT Management is seeking a Sourcing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement activities of medium and low complexity to support various internal stakeholders across the organization.
  • Act as the primary liaison for communication between programs and suppliers, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • Conduct quotation processes, engage in negotiations, prepare documentation, and select qualified suppliers, while exploring alternative options when necessary.
  • Assist in supplier negotiations regarding pricing, schedules, and terms & conditions, including software licenses, while overseeing post-award management in line with company policies.
  • Review and negotiate terms and conditions, providing recommendations to Subject Matter Experts and Supply Chain Advisors.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement or buying capacity.
  • Proficiency in SAP (APEX and PRISM).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience in formal negotiations concerning pricing, schedules, and supplier contractual requirements.
  • Competence in processing purchase orders of low to medium complexity across various business units.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Capability to work effectively and independently in a virtual setting.
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions based on workload distribution and program priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
  • Proficiency in conducting price analyses and source selection with appropriate guidance.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal oversight and quickly adapt to new information and processes.

Compensation:
$33.00 per hour. The pay range for successful candidates will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
