Position Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist in Sales Internal Partner Support. This critical role focuses on enhancing the visibility of Ottobock products within our internal partner network. Key responsibilities encompass promoting awareness and certification of essential products, facilitating product trials, providing educational training, and offering support for troubleshooting and complex cases. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with internal teams to create enablement resources and educational pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to:
  • Enhancing awareness of Ottobock products among internal partners by building strong relationships and delivering outstanding support.
  • Coordinating product trials by managing trial crates, offering fitting assistance (both virtual and onsite), and delivering requested education.
  • Conducting product education and certification training on strategic portfolios as needed.
  • Providing assistance to internal clinicians with Ottobock product troubleshooting, complex cases, and product selection.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve clinical support by navigating healthcare resources and collaborating with Marketing and Market Management teams to develop enablement resources and communication strategies.
  • Working with internal clinical leadership to design educational pathways and onboarding programs for Ottobock product training.
Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of practical clinical experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
  • ABC Certified prosthetist or Prosthetist/Orthotist.
  • BS, Certificate, or MPO/MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to comprehend and convey technical information regarding Ottobock products.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and clinical settings is preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Travel expectations of 50-60%.
  • Monthly travel anticipated, spending several days visiting clinic locations to train onsite clinicians on Ottobock products.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual starting salary range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
