About the Job

Oxford Casino Hotel is seeking an experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively with other line cooks to ensure efficient meal preparation and delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to meet service demands.
  • Ensure all food products meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a line cook or equivalent role.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
