About Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide essential therapeutic support to children with Autism and other developmental challenges. This role is crucial in delivering individualized therapy under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, adhering to individualized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Work collaboratively with families to ensure effective implementation of therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Completion of Safety Care Training is mandatory.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with Autism or related developmental disabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical and Mental Demands:

Applicants should be prepared to:

  • Exhibit full physical dexterity and agility to perform necessary tasks.
  • Lift and carry children weighing between 5 to 50 lbs.
  • Effectively respond to diverse demands from children, families, and team members.
  • Multi-task and document accurately while managing various responsibilities.
  • Make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations.
Work Environment:

This position is primarily center-based, providing a supportive environment for children and their families.
