Key Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician will:

  • Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans as directed by the BCBA.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Collaborate with families to support their child's development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Completion of Safety Care Training.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with Autism or related disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical and Mental Demands

Physical: Must possess full physical dexterity to perform various tasks, including lifting children (5 to 50 lbs) and maintaining agility for active engagement.

Mental: Ability to manage diverse demands from children, families, and team members, with effective problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in a center-focused environment designed for children and their families.
