Job Description
- Design Cost-Effective Network Solutions: Work with teams to present sales proposals and design cost-effective network solutions that meet client needs.
- Guide Client Sales: Educate clients on the benefits of our innovative networking services and minimize perceived risk.
- Mentor and Train: Mentor and train less experienced sales engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- Research Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: Five or more years of experience in network engineering, administration, network sales engineering, or major accounts and designing IP networks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; CCDA or CCNA certification.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in telephone network design and service delivery, RF systems, and IP routing protocols; expert in network design principles and Layer 2 and 3 MPLS technology; experience with TDM services and MSO interconnections; familiar with Spectrum Enterprise products; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Presentation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to conduct a consultative analysis and provide recommendations.
