Blavity Inc., a leading media and technology company, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and contribute meaningfully to our culture.

Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Blavity Inc., you will play a pivotal role in lead generation and new relationship building for our subscription-based SAAS product. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within target industries who require our hiring solution.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales goals and track progress against these objectives.
  • Grow Talent Infusion's customer base by adding new contacts and accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Insights, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ.
  • Engage in outbound lead generation activities, including conducting account research, prospect research, and reaching out to prospects via email, cold calls, and social media messaging.
  • Maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and assess client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development roles, preferably 1 year or more.
  • Experience prospecting/selling into Enterprise/Strategic Accounts.
  • Consistent meeting/exceeding of sales quotas within specified time frames.
  • Experience working in high-growth tech companies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of presales concepts.
  • Previous experience in B2B software sales.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription models.

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Salesloft/Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a fully remote U.S.-based role with occasional travel requirements. Annual salary: $65,000.
