We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pulmonary/Hospice Unit at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing practice and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in unit-based shared governance activities
- Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in unit-based self-care activities
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- BSN
- Previous experience in pulmonary and hospice care
