Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing practice and a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in pulmonary and hospice care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- One year of experience as a professional RN, with a preference for experience in pulmonary and hospice care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
- National certification in a clinical specialty
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- Membership in a professional nursing organization
