We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Braselton Geriatric Medical Unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care to our geriatric patient population.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a capable clinician with previous specialty experience. You will be responsible for expanding your knowledge and skills, providing effective direct care, and seeking feedback for improved clinical practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
  • Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
  • Participate in organizational and unit-based customer service initiatives
  • Support unit goals and demonstrate support of shared governance
  • Supervise and ensure completion of tasks assigned to ancillary/support staff
Requirements
  • Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Minimum Experience: One year of experience as a professional RN
  • Preferred Job Qualifications: National certification in clinical specialty, Bachelor of Nursing Degree, Long Term Care: One year experience
