Office Services Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Services Clerk to provide administrative, clerical, and receptionist support for our global law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including copying, printing, and mailing documents.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and priority mail with all major shipping companies and USPS.
  • Arrange for couriers and messenger services as needed.
  • Stock paper at printer stations and order and stock office supplies.
  • Assist with office moves and configuration.
  • Set up conference rooms, including computer and AV equipment.
  • Act as primary backup to the Receptionist.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must have a working knowledge of all functions of copy, printing, and mailing equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision and take a proactive approach in being team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two to three years of office services experience in a legal or corporate environment.
