CGS is seeking a highly skilled Office Services Clerk to provide administrative support for a global law firm.

The ideal candidate will have a competent working knowledge of all functions of copy, printing, and mailing equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and priority mail with all major shipping companies and USPS
  • Arranging for couriers and messenger services
  • Stocking paper at printer stations and ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with office moves and configuration
  • Setting up conference rooms, including computer and AV equipment
  • Performing other general administrative duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
