Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure compliant delivery of payroll and benefit programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service delivery for effectiveness.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits according to established standards.
- Maintain and update payroll and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Administer benefit program systems and ensure the integrity of eligibility information.
- Analyze legal changes related to benefits, compensation, and payroll; advise management accordingly.
- Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with wage, tax laws, and benefit plan rules.
- Support accounting reconciliations and generate general ledger reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related Human Resources field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including expertise with HRIS (SAP) and payroll systems.
- Experience with multijurisdictional payroll tax reporting and compliance.
- Knowledge of benefit programs including health insurance, disability insurance, workers' compensation, life insurance, 401(k), and Defined Benefit plans.
- Familiarity with ADP Comprehensive Payroll and Benefits platform.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll applications, and regulatory compliance.
