Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including distribution partners, end-users, and architects/design firms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to increase Teknion's Architectural Interior volume and market share.
- Provide expert technical guidance to sales teams, distribution partners, and Teknion employees on Teknion's Architectural Interior portfolio.
- Support distribution partners with sales efforts, product training, marketing materials, and product positioning.
- Develop and execute targeted account plans and programs for major clients/prospects across all channels and market segments.
- Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon revenue goals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Teknion Architectural products and competitive offerings.
- Serve as an Architectural Interiors expert, guiding the sales process and developing application-specific solutions.
- Support distribution partners with respect to sales efforts, product training, marketing materials, and product positioning.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan incorporating annual goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Architectural Interiors, Interior Architecture, Design, and/or construction industries with a successful sales track record.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a relentless drive to fuel product line sales and profitability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize Teknion systems and other technologies.
