Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Product Manager to join our team at Holman Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative technology products that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform product development and launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Partner with business analysts and UX designers to document use cases, workflows, wireframes, and design requirements.
  • Translate product requirements into epics, user stories, and build a shared understanding with the technical and support teams.
  • Define product goals and metrics for the platforms you support.
  • Advocate for user-focused improvements and experiences, ensuring that products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth product development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate efforts between different teams to address dependencies and maximize efficiency in the product development process.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate product plans and updates effectively.
  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates on product development progress, milestones, and potential changes in scope.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to drive data-driven decisions for product enhancements and future iterations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within the IT industry, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform services, architecture, and data models.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with technology trends and the ability to anticipate market needs and opportunities.
  • Experience with project management tools and product management software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly agile practices.
