Proclinical Staffing is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for candidates and our recruitment teams, facilitating a seamless interview experience. The ideal candidate will manage the scheduling of both in-person and virtual interviews, liaising with all stakeholders and preparing and disseminating interview schedules.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role.
  • Prior experience in coordinating complex interview schedules is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:

  • Organizing candidate interviews with hiring managers and teams, both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborating with candidates and hiring teams to ascertain interview availability.
  • Issuing meeting invitations to candidates and interview panels.
  • Preparing and distributing detailed interview schedules.
