Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to successfully educate customers on our product and feature offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used car sales presentations, working closely with the BDC Manager and other sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for.
  • Phone and Email Communication: Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager, responding to customer inquiries and providing information on our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a member of the BDC team, participating in cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles, and staying informed about new products, features, and accessories.
  • Professional Development: Attend product and sales training as requested by the BDC, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, and commissions.
  • Driving Record: Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
