Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Behr Paint Company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle strategic recruiting efforts to implement and manage effective, results-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies that meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to support short and long-term hiring needs
- Build and maintain key talent pipelines through continuous sourcing and attending industry conferences, professional group meetings, and other events
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet short and longer-term organizational needs
- Conduct and lead post-interview calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure a fair and consistent evaluation process
- Build strong partnerships with Human Resources Business Partners and Department Leadership to understand business and operational strategies
- Stay up-to-date on Talent Acquisition trends and market information to provide subject matter expertise and support the implementation of strategic talent acquisition programs
- ~3-5 years of experience in a strategic talent acquisition function, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and/or recruitment coordination and support
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Previous project management experience and/or proven ability to manage and execute TA programs is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
