  • Guest Relations: Assist the General Manager in resolving guest complaints and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: A College Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hotel experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in computer systems.
