Job Overview

Position Title: Service BDC Agent

Department: Service

Reporting To: Service Manager

Position Summary:

The Service BDC Agent plays a crucial role in generating new service inquiries, organizing appointments, and delivering outstanding customer support. This role is ideal for a driven and results-focused individual eager to contribute to a dynamic team and positively impact customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new service leads through various communication channels.
  • Coordinate service appointments with clients efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the service department to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report on essential metrics, including lead generation, appointment management, and customer satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
