Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at The David Cochran Agency dba Mosaic Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Work with clients to develop insurance quotes, cross-sell and round out client accounts, assist with policy changes, and shop for renewals.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and win back former clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by taking payments, obtaining and updating client information, issuing insurance documentation, and obtaining referrals.
  • Schedule appointments and educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.

Requirements:

  • An Active GA Property & Casualty License is Required. Licensing assistance is available.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
  • Tech-savvy with data entry and Agency Management System experience.
  • A critical thinker with the ability to multitask.
