Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team at Elle Seller. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role is critical to ensuring a positive and professional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Support: Welcome clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, schedule appointments, and maintain the reception area.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office supply inventory, perform administrative tasks, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
