Seasonal Guest Advocate Role

As a Seasonal Guest Advocate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our stores. You'll be the face of Target, providing personalized service, and exceeding guest expectations through active listening, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with guests, building relationships, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, drive business results, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to provide informed recommendations and solutions to guests.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed to support business objectives.
