Position Summary:
As a Collections Account Specialist, you will be pivotal in managing accounts for various consumer lending brands under Randstad USA. You will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting four weeks, focusing on one specific brand. Post-training, your primary duties will involve engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and aiding them in maintaining timely loan repayments. This role demands a high level of comfort and skill in navigating challenging customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing communications to assist customers with overdue loan payments.
- Collaborate with customers to devise solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate arrangements to bring accounts current.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding overdue payments, showcasing empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, explaining the implications of overdue payments and providing support in resolving financial challenges.
- Accurately document customer interactions, payment arrangements, and any pertinent information in Randstad's database.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Debt or Loan Collection Specialist.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse personality types.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
