We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research and Development Formulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of new and existing formulations to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new product formulations to support sales projects and customer needs.
- Optimize and maintain existing formulations to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of new and existing formulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical data sheets and other documentation to support product development and customer communication.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders, including production staff and customer-facing teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
